One Vision Academy is a professionally accredited training provider that aims to help young people
in TVET and universities who need work experience complete their qualifications. It also provides
necessary and pertinent job placement services for qualified and unemployed youth.

Through further training and job placements, the program aims to upskill graduates and acquaint them with the necessary sills required in the South African economy. In work-integrated learning (WIL) or work-readiness training, students are placed in an environment where their academic knowledge and abilities are combined with real-world workplace practices.

By doing this, students are exposed to challenges and circumstances that businesses face on a regular
basis. Before they graduate, they can start training for their future career. Our Work-integrated
learning’s primary objective is to raise job chances by improving students’ employability.
