One Vision Academy
Established in 2015, One Vision Academy is a South African company, 100% Black owned B-BBEE Level 1 focusing largely on providing first class educational training development programmes through an: innovative, competitive and solution driven summits conferences, seminars and in-house training.
We are driven with a passion and desire to create a new wave of proficient training and excellent corporate innovations in consulting business through the mode of excellent service delivery globally. We are dedicated in assisting organisations on developing their strategies to enable growth and attain their main business objectives effectively and efficiently.
In the year 2019-2023, we trained over 700 participants in different skills programmes. Therefore we have developed mechanisms to ensure that the skills transfer process is free flowing and that all the candidates are well equipped after the training programme.

5 Pillars Of B-BBEE
In order to qualify for a B-BBEE rating, businesses both large and small need to comply with the five pillars of B-BBEE. These pillars are:

Each of the pillars above is worth a certain weight in its contribution towards B-BBEE compliance.
Out of the 5 pillars we assist our clients on the 3 following pillars:
Skills Development
We assist our clients to achieve their B-BBEE goals through the training and development of their black employees on various accredited programmes which will also improve their work efficiency. After the training programmes have been concluded, the service is evaluated and scored by our B-BBEE partner then the client claims its B-BBEE points
Enterprise Development
We assist our clients with enterprise and supplier development by training SMME’s operating in the same area as our client and those that are direct suppliers for our clients. We focus on giving the SMME’s business management skills that will improve their efficiency and profitability. This service is also evaluated and the B-BBEE points are allocated.
Socio Economic Development
Under this pillar we assist our clients with their B-BBEE scores by training unemployed youth in their surrounding communities on ICT skills which are essential for the 4IR. These trainings have a long lasting impact for the beneficiaries and will be eligible for point scoring under the B-BBEE act.
